Collaborate was the first big word I ever used in context
When I was in kindergarten, I was walking with a friend and the teacher asked me what were doing. I responded “We’re collaborating…” She was a bit surprised but it just goes to show, I’ve been working on collaboration for a LONG time.
These days, I consider myself a Business Process professional and technology leader. My focus is in technology systems that allow business people to interact, communicate and collaborate. My personal favorites are web-based and messaging technologies. I have over 10 years of experience of aligning technology with business requirements and developing processes to support those needs.
The breadth of my experience is extant, I have ran teams that support and maintain hundreds of desktops in many regional locations to designing million dollar e-commerce systems. During my tenure in the technology world, I have done many things in different roles. I am an integrator, collaborator, facilitator and communicator. Information Architecture, systems integration, business analysis are a few of the hallmarks of my career.
I am an exceptional candidate for positions requiring strong communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills. I have been a part of marketing initiatives and pitches that include companies like Best Buy, eBay, Pay Pal, Orbitz, CDW, and Hostway. Everywhere I have worked, I have strived to deliver services that are usable to mobile professionals who require secure and available systems.
